About Lendiqo
Lendiqo is a New Jersey business-purpose lender for real estate investors, based in Lawrence Township, Mercer County. We fund rentals, flips, bridge deals and new construction for investors who borrow through an LLC.
Investors lending to investors
We're real estate investors ourselves. We know what it's like to wait on a draw while a contractor sits idle, to have a bank turn down an LLC, or to watch a refinance stall over seasoning rules. Lendiqo was built to give New Jersey investors a lender that answers the phone, explains terms in plain English and plans the exit before closing.
Our office is at 990 Spruce St, Suite 102, Lawrence Township, a few minutes from Trenton and the Route 1 corridor, and we lend in all 21 New Jersey counties.
